Susan E.J. Lytle is an Executive Assistant at Carlton Holland Realty in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she assists with the acquisition, marketing and disposition of residential real estate.
Moving to Southern California from Utah, Susan earned her Mortgage Banking Certification from California State University, Fullerton, initiating her career in real estate and finance more than 30 years ago. Her attention to detail, drive and outstanding communication skills lead to numerous promotions in the banking industry where she began as a Customer Service Representative and advanced to a Loan Processor then Underwriter and eventually lead the organization as the well-respected, Assistant Branch Manager.
Susan’s experience as the Executive Assistant for the principals of large insurance and marketing firms makes her a dynamic asset to the Carlton Holland Realty where her customer service, organizational, marketing and management skills are essential to the team’s consistent receipt of production and culture awards.
Rejuvenated through community service and outreach, Susan served on the board of directors for Fists of Gold, an after school program developed to improve fitness and build self-esteem with troubled and at-risk youths. She’s a regular contributor to Keller Williams Red Day Events, KW cares, Safe Nest and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. In her spare time, Susan enjoys boating, hiking, traveling, good books and visiting with her friends.
